Commonly asked questions about getting married here at the Foothills Wedding Chapel

  1. You must get the Marriage License from the courthouse on 2nd street. It is issued by Yuma County. Monday-Friday 8AM - 4PM It cost $98. It is good for one year. Both groom and bride must go and show 2 forms of I.D. You can also get a Marriage License anywhere in Arizona and get married here. You can get a Marriage License anywhere in California and get married on the West side of the Colorado River/in Calif.

  1. Once you have a Marriage License I can perform the ceremony at anytime, with notice. You will need your License and 2 Witnesses.

  1. You must pay a 50% deposit to save a special time and date.

  1. It cost $150 to get married in the Chapel 8AM - 5PM.
    It cost $200 before or after normal hours.

  1. The cost for me to come to your location is based on time and distance. Please call for a quote. There is a 50% deposit on all weddings outside the Chapel.

  1. You can get married 24 hours a day / 7 days a week if you have a Marriage License and 2 Witnesses. If you make an appointment/call 1st.

  1. It takes about 45-60 minutes to fill out the Marriage License and perform the ceremony at the Chapel.

  1. The Foothills Wedding Chapel holds about 20-25 people that like each other.

  1. There is NO PUBLIC TOILET at the Foothills Wedding Chapel

  1. I do not perform weddings at the Jail or Prison

  1. The Foothills Wedding Chapel and Reverend Brian Sennikoff are Non-denominational and serve all faiths and religions. Our doors are open to all, regardless of beliefs.

  1. I DO NOT speak Spanish. But interpreters are welcome.
